Executive Chef Avram Samuels

Executive Chef Avram Samuels brings extensive culinary expertise and a passion for hospitality to every menu. Trained in both classic and modern French cuisine, Chef Samuels has worked alongside renowned culinary leaders and continues to create innovative dining experiences inspired by California's seasonal ingredients and coastal influences.

He staged under French Master Chefs and was a guest Chef at the James Beard House at the age of 19. He has worked on both coasts, bringing his passion for hospitality and developing talent. He now oversees both sides of the line as Director of Culinary and F&B Operations.
