Executive Chef Avram Samuels

Chef Samuels was trained in classic and modern French cuisine. He staged under French Master Chefs and was a guest Chef at the James Beard House at the age of 19. He has worked on both coasts, bringing his passion for hospitality and developing talent. He now oversees both sides of the line as Director of Culinary and F&B Operations.
