  • IT Manager

    Overview

    The IT Manager is responsible for all computers, interfaces, networks and telecommunications systems located at the Resort. The IT Manager also manages all software and applications for the computer users of the Resort. This includes maintaining the proper operation of existing software applications, analyzing the current and future needs of users and systems and determining which products will increase productivity, reliability and/or security. The IT Manager is responsible for ensuring property security, anti-virus and back-up methods are in place and active, maintaining a departmental budget, purchasing of all hardware and software and end-user training. Such duties and responsibilities are directly related to the successful business operations of both the Resort and the servicing of our clients.

    Qualifications

    • College degree or equivalent experience/training
    • Ability to effectively communicate in English
    • Ability to transport, lift and/or handle 40 lbs. (NOTE: computers, components and other data processing equipment)

  • Group Rooms/Sales Coordinator

    Overview

    We are seeking a full time Group Rooms/Sales Coordinator. The ideal candidate should possess administrative experience with a dynamic personality to support the sales team. Duties will include but are not limited to answering phones, heavy data and reservation entry, processing letters, contracts and proposals, working with groups utilizing our meeting room and overall office support. Hospitality experience preferred,but not required.

    Qualifications

    Requirements include strong organizational skills, heavy data entry, customer service experience, computer skills including Word, Excel & Outlook, an outgoing personality and the desire to help others. Delphi and hotel experience is preferred, but not required.

  • Steward (Part Time)

    We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Food & Beverage team. The Steward ensures all kettles are cleaned when shift begins. Wash all pits and pans and store neatly. All food stains, smoke stain, etc. must be removed before storage takes place. Floor and trashcans must stay clean. Keep the workspace clear.6. All counters must be cleaned at the end of the shift. Meet all cleaning and sanitation requirements. Respond to any reasonable task as assigned by supervisor or manager. Assist cooks in anything that may need to be cleaned up.

  • Esthetician

    Must be proficient in all facets of proper skin care i.e., anatomy, physiology, chemistry, masks, packs, cleansing, massage and superfluous hair removal. Consult with the guest to analyze skin type and facial treatment required to ensure expectations are met for a pleasurable visit, may include site tour. Cross-trained to perform all services such as facials and body treatments, per licensing. Prepare facial and waxing equipment, treatment areas and supplies daily, sterilize all instruments in accordance to the law, and complete all tasks necessary for opening and closing shifts. Must be able to stand for long periods of time, and have full range of motion, no physical limitations. On-time attendance is necessary, and uninterrupted work is required. Maintain the cleanliness of the of the Spa/Gym area as needed. Keep the Spa fully stocked of all supplies. Attend product knowledge training as required. Keep current and up to date knowledge of changing trends and developments in the department. Assist the Fitness center when requested.
