Wendy Figone is a Certified Forest Therapy Guide and Trails Consultant through the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy (ANFT), a Myofascial Release Therapist, and a Stanford Compassion Ambassador.
Her work bridges modern wellness practices with deep nature connection. Wendy has traveled to Japan to study the origins of Shinrin-Yoku firsthand, learning from the physicians and researchers who pioneered the field. She brings a compassionate, evidence-based approach to her walks, helping participants slow down, reconnect, and experience nature as a profound source of healing and renewal.
