In a world of digital distraction and rising stress, join us for a deeply nourishing forest therapy experience designed to calm your nervous system, clear your mind, and help you reconnect - with yourself, with others, and with nature. Experience Chaminade's newly certified Redwood Reflection Forest Therapy Trail, one of the first of its kind in the country, thoughtfully created to support healing, reflection, and deep well-being. This is a gentle, evidence-based experience down to the meadow and into the forest (not a hike), including sensory invitations.
Nature Journaling (1:30 - 3:30 pm): Discover the joy of nature journaling as a family or individual. Sketch plants, insects, and landscapes while noting your observations. This beginner-friendly, screen-free activity enhances mindfulness and observation skills. No prior art skills required.
