9:15am - Aqua Fit (NEW!)
Led by Stephanie Berard, Pilates therapist and inventor of the Chi Kinetics exercise, this class combines smooth movements with water resistance. It is gentle on joints but also effective for muscle-building. A combination of dance, water aerobics, ballet, Pilates and Tai Chi, "Aqua Fit" also assists with body awareness and skeletal frame alignment. 9:15 - 10am.
