The Executive Fitness Center offers all the equipment you will need to stay fit while away from your home gym. Don’t forget to bring your cycling shoes and enjoy a ride on one of our Peloton Bikes. Or break a sweat on our state-of-the-art treadmills and ellipticals or pump some iron with free weights.

Normal Hours: Daily 6 am - 8 pm

From Peloton Bikes and free weights to a Himalayan Salt Sauna, Chaminade Resort & Spa offers the premier resort fitness center in Santa Cruz.

*Must be 16 years or older to use the gym*

Fitness Class Schedule

Classes open to all resort guests and fitness members (16 years or older). No classes on holidays.

8:00 am - Pilates with Stephanie
6:30 pm - Circuit Training in Weight Room with Camille

Tuesdays & Thursdays
7:00 am - Cardio Dance & Strength Training with Courtney
8:00 am - Yoga with JJ

Fridays
8:00 am - Pilates with Stephanie

Saturdays
7:30 am - Yoga with JJ
