_{The Bartender will serve and make drinks at the bar for the guests and servers. Mix drinks for servers according to standard recipes. Familiarity with the wine list and the stemware and appropriate garnishes used. Follow procedures as outlined in employee manual and bartender's manual. Jigger pour, making drinks for servers only when rung in on Micros. Keep bar stocked and clean. Follow side work sheet. Monitor inventory. Be knowledgeable of the menu for guests ordering at the bar. Ensure the consistency in the presentation and recipes of all cocktails. Be familiar with and enforce all policies related to liquor liability laws. Handle all checks and cash according to procedures. Be familiar with all property amenities and other restaurants. Respond to any reasonable task as assigned by supervisor or manager.
