April 29 Dinner - Beauregard Vineyards

Our first emphasis in winemaking is to produce wines that show the flavor of the land, what the French call, Terroir. Secondly, we choose to make wines that show typicity, wines that are varietally correct in character (i.e. how much a Pinot Noir tastes like a Pinot Noir). The combination of these two philosophies are the backbone of Beauregard Wines. 

At Beauregard Vineyards our focus is in Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Zinfandel all grown on our Estate Vineyards in Bonny Doon, California.

May 26th Dinner - Bargetto Winery

Bargetto Winery

Bargetto winery has produced hand-crafted wines in the Santa Cruz Mountains since 1933.We specialize in estate grown varietals from our Regan Estate Vineyard in the Santa Cruz Mountains, overlooking the beautiful Monterey Bay. 

Bargetto winery produces Pinot Noir, Merlot, Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay and several Italian varietals.

August 26th Dinner - Maker's Mark Private Select Launch Dinner

There's an old joke at the distillery that goes, "If we could make it any faster, we wouldn't." Because at Maker's Mark, it's one bottle at a time. Every time. That's as true today as it was when our founders filled our first bottle. And since then, it's been a widely held belief around here that character isn't made by machine.

We’re still doing things just like we did in 1953. From the old letterpress to the way we hand-rotate every barrel and hand-dip every bottle. And yet it seems there's always something new and exciting going on at our little distillery here in Loretto. We’d love to have you sometime.

Whether you’re after a smooth, full-flavored bourbon to sip neat or something to use in your favorite cocktail, any of the Maker’s Mark® expressions are a great place to start. Click the bottles to learn more about each bourbon.

September 30th Dinner - Cincorro Tequila Dinner

Cincoro Tequila captures the essence of both terroirs, uniquely using 100% Blue Weber Agave harvest from the Highland and Lowland appellations of Jaliso, Mexico.

Create a naturally rich and delicious tequila that was ultra smooth with a long, luxurious finish.

October 27- Alfaro Family Vineyards

Richard Alfaro and his wife Mary Kay enjoy the fruits of their labor.  After a satisfying career as the founders of a restaurant and the wholesale baking company known under their own name, Alfaro's Micro Bakery,  the couple shifted gears in 1997, acquiring an aging 75 acre apple farm south of Santa Cruz in Corralitos, California, which they subsequently transformed into Alfaro Family Vineyards & Winery.  There are 56 acres currently under vine.

Our estate grown and bottled Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Syrah and unique Gruner Veltliner reflect the unique terrior of the Santa Cruz Mountains appellation

Fruit of the growers’ work and sculpted by the cellar master, Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte epitomises the savoir-faire and inimitable house’s style defined by precision, elegance and finesse.

Drawing their strength and full flavours from a remarkable array of crus, enhanced by the subtle art of blending, Nicolas Feuillatte champagnes reflect the harmony, finesse and freshness of this unique region. An extensive variety of perfectly ripe grapes make up the champagnes in our range, vinified individually by cru or by area and by grape variety, together with a meticulous selection of Grands Crus and Premiers Crus.
