Linwood’s Bar & Grill

Chaminade Resort & Spa’s signature restaurant Linwood’s Bar & Grill, serves lunch and dinner a la carte from 11am to 10pm, with dinner beginning at 5pm.  With panoramic Monterey Bay views and impeccable service, Linwood’s Bar & Grill is the perfect location to take in the view and sit back and relax.  Our Executive Chef, Nick Church, has created a menu  serving fresh, local and contemporary California cuisine influenced by the abundant flavors of the Central Coast. CHEF NICHOLAS CHURCH

Bringing 28 years of culinary experience to his new position, Nicholas Church started in the culinary department at Chaminade Resort & Spa in 1994 as a line cook, working his way up to Executive Sous Chef, a position he held until 2012.   Shortly thereafter, he fulfilled his dream of owning his own restaurant, Mama Mia's in Felton, CA., until 2014. He returned to Chaminade Resort & Spa as Executive Sous Chef in August 2015 under the leadership of then Executive Chef Kirsten Ponza. He attended Cabrillo College in Aptos, CA., where he currently sits on the Advisory Committee for the school's culinary program.
