Sales Manager
Manage existing accounts, find new accounts, book meetings and conferences from an assigned territory. Maintain existing client relationships and uncover new clients. Proactive efforts required include phone solicitation with new and repeat accounts in assigned markets; personal outside sales calls with existing customers as well as cold calling for new clients.
Catering Sales Manager
This position works under the direction of the Director of Sales and Marketing to ensure all revenue goals achieved. The Catering Sales Manager is responsible for the selling and servicing of events, including weddings, memorials, fund raisers and other social programs. In addition to generating business from a designated market segment, maximization of sales, development of potential market segments and accounts and sound administration of assigned responsibilities through sensible delegation and personal attention to detail.Make personal visits, when necessary, to call on companies and organizations located in a specific market or area.

Servers are the face of our restaurant and responsible for our customers’ experiences. Food server responsibilities include ensuring our tables are clean and tidy when guests arrive, presenting menus and serving food and beverages
The View- Busser
We are looking for a highly motivated, customer focused Busser to join our team! The Busser is key to a successful operation. This individual is responsible for supporting the service team with delivering memorable hospitality to our guests. As a Busser, it is your responsibility to maintain the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, working to keep the serving stations filled, clearing, and cleaning tables, and keeping the restaurant clean. This individual will need to be quick on your feet and have an engaging attitude.
The View- Bar Back
We are looking for a highly motivated, customer focused Bar Back to join our team! The Bar Back is key to a successful operation. This individual is responsible for supporting the bartenders and servers with delivering memorable hospitality to our guests. As a Bar Back, it is your responsibility to maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, working to keep the bar stocked, filling requisitions and keeping the area clean. This individual will need to be quick on your feet and have an engaging attitude.
Banquet Server
We are looking for a highly motivated Banquet Server to join our team! This individual will help to set up and prepare banquet room for banquet functions, serve and bus tables as well as clear and tear down banquet rooms at the end of the function.
Banquet Bartender
We are looking for a highly motivated Banquet Bartender to join our team! This individual will help to direct the set up and preparation of banquet rooms for banquet functions, serve as the bartender as well as clear and tear down banquet rooms at the end of the function. Restaurant General Manager
The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for maintaining day to day operations; maintain the highest standards of quality food, beverage, service, cleanliness, and sanitation. Ensure a strong focus on guest and team member satisfaction, while creating a fun, clean, and safe atmosphere according to standards and expectations.
Conference Services
Conference Services Attendant
Must be flexible – able to work days/evenings/weekends/holidays. Set up and break down of banquet rooms, meeting rooms and coffee breaks. Will also work in the pantry preparing and cleaning coffee breaks. Must be physically fit, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds and push carts up to 300 pounds. Must be a good team player.

Massage Therapist
We are looking for a Massage Therapist to perform massage, body treatments, and provide personal attention to each guest.
Spa Coordinator- Part Time
We are looking for a The Spa Coordinator to support the scheduling of spa team members for services. The Spa Coordinator my also support group activity by blocking times, booking slots and adjustments and cancellations.
Fitness Attendant
We are looking for a Fitness Attendant to assist guests in the Fitness Center ensuring the facility is clean, stocked and all equipment is in its assigned place.
Esthetician
We are looking for an Esthetician to perform facials, make-up applications and waxing services on guests.
Maintenance
Maintenance/HVAC Technician FT
Maintenance/HVAC Technician has a responsibility to have knowledge of basic equipment maintenance/service, such as how to diagnose and provide service and repairs to hotel equipment including electrical, HVAC refrigeration, etc. In addition, the Maintenance/HVAC Technician will assist the team with all other repairs and maintenance, as needed and directed by management. The Maintenance/HVAC Technician must respond to inquiries and problems in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction. The Maintenance/HVAC Technician will be responsible for exemplifying the resort's culture.
Chief Engineer
The Chief Engineer will assist guests with maintenance or other requests, identify and correct problems, organize workloads and supervise all employees in accordance with Engineering and the property’s policies and procedures.
Landscaper
You will perform routine labor involved in maintenance and landscaping, and related work. You will be working closely with different members of our team, so you will need to be quick on your feet and have an engaging attitude.

Houseman
The Houseman/Public Area Cleaner is responsible to ensure that standards of cleanliness in assigned areas are achieved and maintained on a consistent basis to provide the highest level of guest satisfaction in cleanliness and service, within the established time limitations.
Bellman/Guest Services Agent
Chaminade Resort & Spa has an opportunity for a part-time Guest Services Agent. This position is combination of both Valet and Bellman. You will be working in the front of the house and have a high level of guest contact. Customer Service experience a plus. You must also have excellent communication skills. You must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. This job requires the ability to lift 60 lbs. Hours are varied to include days, evenings and weekends.

PBX Operator
The ideal candidate uses their engaging personality to create a memorable first impression for our guests as they call the resort/hotel. While answering the phones, the PBX Operator is a source of knowledge for the guest for everything about the hotel, its amenities, and the local area.
Front Desk Agent
Chaminade Resort & Spa is now hiring for an outgoing, energetic front desk agent that is available to work a variety of shifts at the front desk of an award winning resort. Must be self-motivated, possess excellent customer service skills, be organized, able to multi-task and handle busy situations. Main responsibilities include making reservations, selling and upselling rooms, checking guests in and out, and handling guest requests or concerns in an effective and efficient manner. Hours vary on availability. If you are great with people, this is the job for you.
Culinary
Steward PM (Full Time)
This role truly is part of the “Heart of the House” and provides key services for culinary and food service teams so they can provide great service to our guests.
- You will maintain a daily sanitation log for both dish machine and manual pot wash sink
- You will ensure the work areas are left ready and communicate any items that are not ready
- You will lead our Green initiatives by properly recycling all cardboard using the compactor
- You will also be energy conscious and turn off lights when not in use keeps water faucets turned off and reports any leaks to a supervisor

Successful candidates for this role will have previous experience working in a professional kitchen environment, with a strong desire to learn, to develop skills and work with the culinary leadership team to create menus which reflect seasonal availability and concept of the restaurant.
The Cook assists the culinary leadership team in production and fabrication of food products for kitchen preparation, cafeteria, banquet cooking, dining room, and fine dining.
