Farm to Table Wine Dinners
Local Wine and the Finest Food Local Growers Have to Offer
Ten years ago Chaminade Resort & Spa conceptualized an intimate dinner with local wine and the finest that local growers and producers had to offer, in a natural setting overlooking the Monterey Bay. In May of 2008 the first Farm to Table Wine Dinner was hosted with a humble crowd of 12 guests. Today Chef Church and his team, will host the 9th Annual Farm to Table Wine Dinner series, with dinners expected to be at maximum capacity.

Learn More About Past Featured Wineries
Harmony Wine Co. opened for business on April Fool’s Day 1987. In 1989, Equinox sparkling wine was born with their first harvest made at friends Pam & Steve Storrs winery in Santa Cruz only to lose half to the violent jolts of the Loma Prieta Earthquake. In 2006 Barry and Jennifer opened their own on-site Santa Cruz facility to expand their own wine production with hands-on services to consult for and assist other wineries who wanted to produce sparkling wines under their own label.
Stephen Storrs and Pamela Bianchini-Storrs began Storrs Winery with the harvest of 1988. Both trained as winemakers at UC Davis, they worked at a number of wineries including Domaine Chandon, Felton-Empire Vineyards, and Almaden prior to starting their own. With their first vintage, they focused on the unique appellation in their backyard – the Santa Cruz Mountains. Having worked in this terrain for years, they appreciated the cool climate's Burgundian advantage.
Martin Ranch Winery
Meet the Wine Makers, Therese & Dan Martin: Making world class wine has been our goal from the start. From our vineyards to fermentation, to barrel, to bottle its a process that we are a part of and enjoy every day. Sharing vegetables from our garden, gourmet food from our kitchen, and our wine, its our tradition by design and a wonderful way for us to celebrate our bounty of harvest and winemaking.
Summit To Sea Wineries

You’ll find more than just great wine!
Alfaro Family Vineyards & Winery
Richard Alfaro and and his wife Mary Kay enjoy the fruits of their labor. After a satisfying career as the founders of a restaurant and the wholesale baking company known under their own name - Alfaro's Micro Bakery - the couple shifted gears in 1997, acquiring an aging 75 acre apple farm south of Santa Cruz in Corralitos, California, which they subsequently transformed into Alfaro Family Vineyards & Winery. With 56 acres currently under vine, the most-recently planted 8 acres was CCOF Certified Organic in 2010.
