Hometown Hospitality: Caring for Our Communities

At Chaminade Resort & Spa, we actively participate in Benchmark Hospitality International’s company-wide initiative called Hometown Hospitality Caring for Our Communities.  Hometown Hospitality formalizes many active community involvement programs and offers tools for properties to become engaged as vital contributors in their home communities.

Our staff, through Hometown Hospitality, has led beach clean-ups, hosted CASA fundraisers, conducted toy drives, held holiday events for the Boys & Girls Club, and has a Relay for Life Team each year.  These are just a few of the initiatives we have undertaken to reach out to the community and to support our hometown.

Community Mondays - Dine out for non-profits

Community Mondays is a fundraiser event where Chaminade Resort & Spa “gives back” to non-profit organizations. The fundraising event takes place at Linwood’s Bar & Grill on Monday evenings from 5pm-9pm.  The organization will receive 5% of the sales (excluding tax and gratuity) from the organization’s guests when the event voucher is presented or mentioned.
