Just stayed one night at the resort to visit an old friend and had a very tasty dinner in the restaurant. We were treated to a very creative and tasty appetizer share plate. One was for the kids and one was for the adults. What a hit! The kids plate was beautiful and our two sons went crazy over it. For the adults we enjoyed very plump and favlorful crab cakes, oysters on the half shell whcih were plump, crisp and full of brine and a summer squash saute. Well done and very much enjoyed.
My wife enjoyed the fish while I had the roasted chicken. Both were cooked to perfection. We were also able to meet the Chef and she is really doing some fantastic work with the local farmers and has created a special menu to showcase the harvest of the surrounding area.
In addition the views were awesome. I would highly reccomend the restaurant for anyone looking for an authentic Farm to table 'Santa Cruz" experience. Tasty food, great views and comfortable!  We were travelling from Maui were there is also a large farm to table movement so we truly appreciated the Chefs efforts!  - Posted on Tripadvisor July 2011
