On the extreme end of Team Building is the on-site High Ropes and Challenge Course facilitated by Synergy Learning Systems. A powerful tool to help cultivate leadership qualities and increase overall effectiveness, the course challenges team members to take risks and push themselves beyond individual comfort zones, all within a nurturing and supportive atmosphere. To date, Synergy has successfully guided over 5,000 people safely and effectively through the course.
